The Samsthe organized a Science Writers’ Workshop, bringing together 30 participants from diverse fields including education, medicine, engineering, and journalism. The workshop aimed to initiate participants into the art of writing science for the general public, in both English and Kannada.
At a time when scientific communication for lay audiences was still a niche skill, this workshop played an important role in encouraging professionals across disciplines to bridge the gap between complex scientific ideas and everyday understanding — empowering them to make science more accessible, relatable, and engaging for the public.
