“FEEL” — Institutional Leadership Programme
A three-day Institutional Leadership Programme titled “FEEL” was organized for principals from 30 colleges. The programme was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of institutional leadership, equipping them with the skills and perspective needed to navigate the evolving challenges of higher education administration.
Over the course of three days, principals engaged in focused sessions aimed at strengthening decision-making, institutional planning, and leadership effectiveness — empowering them to drive meaningful improvement within their respective colleges.
