HRD Programme for College Principals

A one-day Human Resource Development (HRD) programme was organized for principals of selected colleges under the jurisdiction of Karnatak University. The programme was designed to strengthen leadership and administrative capabilities among academic heads, offering practical insights into effective institutional governance, staff management, and strategies for improving overall academic quality.

By bringing together principals from across the university’s affiliated colleges, the programme also created a valuable platform for peer learning and the exchange of ideas on common challenges faced in higher education administration.
