The program held at JSS College on 21st August 2026 marked a great beginning for the Samsthe. The technical session, titled “Physics Beyond the Classroom,” was jointly organized by our organization and JSS College. Mr. Ashok Pujardemonstrated more than 20 experiments based on fundamental principles of physics, engaging an audience of over 200 B.Sc. students and faculty members through an insightful two-and-a-half-hour session.
At the concluding session, a brief introduction to Prof. Dr. M. I. Savadatti’s life and legacy was presented, along with an overview of the Samsthe’s vision and action plans. Since one of our core goals is to nurture effective science-teaching skills right from students’ academic years, an open call was extended to those interested in contributing to this initiative. Several attendees came forward afterward, expressing enthusiasm to dedicate their time and effort to this cause.
Overall, the program inspired a deep sense of optimism about the road ahead.
